Cherry Blossom season is one of the loveliest times of year in Washington, DC. I could not resist doing a few illustrations of it. We also could not resist an early morning visit to see the sunrise over the tidal basin.

How everyone sees their dog – a masterpiece! Am I right? My dog Nigel doesn’t need Da Vinci or Leonardo to prove it. He just needs good lighting.
